TIMES Square Shopping Centre’s staff, tenants as well as members of the public rolled up their sleeves for a good cause at a blood donation drive.

Organised by the shopping centre in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre under the Department of Laboratory Services of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital, the campaign, held from 10am to 2pm, saw a collection of 42 pints of blood. In a press statement, the shopping centre holds the campaign annually as a way to give back to the community.

To be eligible to donate, Blood Donation Centre Supervisor Hj Matusop Hj Daud said one must be healthy and free from any illness. The donor must also weigh at least 45kg and not younger than 17 years old. Those who are at the minimum age requirement would need to produce a signed parental consent form.
