Times Square Shopping Centre held a Dota Gaming Competition from 7th October 2016 to 9th October 2016 with the collaboration of Netcom and Dxracer. During the three days, Netcom also held a roadshow for Prolink products at Times Square atrium whereas Dxracer chairs were also provided for the gamers to have a better gaming experience while gaming.

A total of 60 gamers participated in the tournament to battle their way to win the championship. The tournament was based on round robin concept whereby teams were divided into 2 groups, giving them the opportunity to compete with all the teams within their respective groups.

Following the preliminary and semifinal rounds on the first two days, two teams won their way to the championship on the last day of the tournament. Prizes were presented by Times Square’s Event Coordinator Ms Zati Sofri and Awangku Mohd Khairul Ariffin, a representative from Netcom. The champion of the tournament went to Team Revival Cybertime who brought home a trophy, medals, Excapade Restaurant vouchers and Prolink products sponsored by Netcom. Team members were Yee Xiao Hao, Richardson Yeo Kee How, Ricky Hong Rui Qi, Vincent Lim Keh Chong, Ang Kok Ho and Lewis Kong. 

Lastly the 1st runner up went to Team Adversity who brought home medals, Excapade restaurant vouchers and Prolink products sponsored by Netcom. Team members consisted of Nor Mohd Atifi, Firdaus Hakim, Mohd Fazrul, Raymond, Zainuddin and Mohd Nairul.
